Account Manager IT Infrastructure
Your Area of Responsibility:
You will be responsible for maintaining the existing customer management and the intensive expansion of existing customer relationships. Up selling, forecast production, sales-oriented thinking and implementation of planned sales activities for assigned customer or interest groups will be integral parts of your role. You will advise customers, assist in the implementation of complex infrastructure solutions, lead negotiations and create the sales documents.
Required Profile:
You have a pronounced sales affinity and are characterised by a special hunting instinct. You bring along work experience in sales of unclear solutions, preferably in the area of ​​IT infrastructure, outsourcing and virtualisation. You master the usual sales methods properly. Thanks to your communication skills and strong customer orientation combined with strong negotiating skills, you understand how to promote the sales cycle in a success-oriented manner. Your process-oriented and strategic approach allows you to successfully complete complex projects and tasks. You enjoy working in a team and report periodically to the Sales Manager.
