Multi- redundancy of the MESH-network!
MESH customers benefit from what are arguably the most modern fibre optic cable networks. With this you are receiving the most important element for a high-end availability of your data or applications (i.e. VOIP, IP service etc.) across the worldwide data network, which we are continuously extending to ensure your data and services are growing and to maximise performance.
High-end availability is characterised by:
- maximum access speed
- highest possible stability
Highest possible stability is mainly characterised by redundancy. MESH invest on multi-redundancy as well, which is composed of:
- its own backbone via wavelengths of up to 10 Gbit/s, can be extended if required
- circular backbone structure with carrier uplinks on every MESH location
- main carrier connection of > 20 Gbit/s above Level(3)
- secondary carrier connection of multiple Gbit/s i.e. via T systems, Telia etc. as well as
- established redundancies (N+1) even for systems such as cooling, power supply etc.
The Mesh backbone connects data centres with each other and guarantees high level of security and availability.
Each Mesh location is fitted with a direct connection to the most important international Tier 1 backbone providers. What is more, over 90% of the peer applications are private, which enables the most direct routing across networks. Scalable high-capacity connections guarantee unbroken connectivity worldwide between the leading backbones.
Scalability & availability are the most important quality features of the MESH network. This is achieved not least by the infrastructure basis of the strategic Level (3) partner. Level (3) offers, with more than 30.000 kilometres of glass fibre cables, the global presence that allows MESH to operate on international markets.
MESH trusts in the use of the redundant architectures for the direct local loop to the customer. A classic A/B lines principle, consequent use of 802.1Q VLANs as well as proactive capacity planning and constant monitoring of the infrastructure ensure the outstanding quality of the MESH network.
